Zero Hassle return policy

Our Zero Hassle Returns guarantee means that if you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item. Return with all undamaged packaging, and we will issue a full refund.

The return label will be sent via email, which you can print. Expect a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days once the package is shipped.

Email hey@imprettysavvy.com your order number to start the return process. You’ll hear back from us within 24 hours with the next step. 

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for DIGITAL items, including prints or the digital download of I’m Pretty Savvy.

Returning damaged, defective or incorrect items

We strive to offer the best service anywhere. But, very occasionally, things will go wrong. If you receive an item that’s damaged or defective, you can return it to us, free of charge, for a replacement or a full refund. We will provide a postage label to return the defective item and will dispatch the replacement free of any delivery charge. You MUST return an item before a refund is issued. Don’t hesitate to contact us the first time you have a problem before returning the item.
